Job Description:

Close co-ordination with respective stakeholder for regular project review

Cration, updation and executions of factory internal projects.

Smooth operational management and analysis; drive fulfilment of requirements whilst ensuring the best operational commercial activities.

Preparation and calculation of order entry calculations with review with respective team mates

On going activities of cost monitoring, cost updates / releases / cost transfer to other projects with supporting back-up documentation.

Regular maintenance of accurate up to date project s cost analysis with analysis of Variance.

Correspondence management with internal customer and suppliers in accordance with documented contractual processes.

Claim Management: Identification and preparation of Additional supply/services and claims and negotiating settlements with internal customer/suppliers.

Regular updation of Factory Revenue Forecast, budget with analysis of actual

Drive the factory revenue based on forecast ensure Financial Statements comply with as per SFRG (Siemens guidelines Processes).

Provision of accurate and timely management information to project management.

Work closely with Order Managers and operational colleagues to support process and productivity improvement initiatives.

Drive innovation / digitization initiatives within the commercial operational function and the project.

Your success will be grounded by

Experience of 3/4 years in the finance commercial role

Role requires management of 2/3 team members

Prior experience in a commercial role is preferable.

Experience working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams.

Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Technically proficient in contractual terms and conditions.

Experience of working in SAP (Spiridon or similar).
