Lead Data Scientist

• Function as a strategic thought leaderin AI & Analytics working with the Product Managers to drive optimizationmodels and outcomes.
• Partner with Products, Reporting, DataCloud, and Software Engineering to understand needs, gain agreement on key initiatives,and work to deliver models and data strategy.
• Identify key data questions and buildout supporting plans.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and featureengineering to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
• Develop and maintain scalable andefficient data processing workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate modelperformance, implementing improvements and updates as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latestadvancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and apply thisknowledge to enhance our capabilities

Ensure alignment on systems roadmap,data needs, and data architecture as needed.
