Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering a product or product component based on customer and market requirements. This role focuses on content, prioritization, quality, and customer satisfaction within specified cost and time constraints.

Job Title: Product Owner

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and deliver a product or product component based on customer and market requirements, focusing on content, prioritization, quality, and customer satisfaction within specified cost and time constraints.
Collaborate with development teams to provide clear priorities, domain expertise, and ensure completeness and consistency of requirements.

Internal Interactions:
Product Manager, Project Manager, Quality Manager, Development Teams (Scrum Master, System Analyst, Architect, Developers, Testers), Usability Engineer, Business Units, SCM, Customer Service, and Technical Writers.

External Interactions:
Customers, including Radiologists, Neurologists, Hospital Administrators, and IT Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and gather stakeholder requests.
Define and prioritize market requirements.
Analyze market needs and manage concepts for complex requirements.
Derive, prioritize, and document software requirements in Software Requirement Specifications.
Provide coaching and support to development teams, resolve conflicts regarding features, and ensure alignment.
Review and decide on complaints, bugs, and change requests, ensuring proper prioritization within the product backlog.
Ensure quality by evaluating iteration results against "DONEness" criteria and approving or rejecting outcomes.
Support development teams in effort estimation and achieving sustainable development pace.
Coordinate cross-feature development to align product priorities.
Contribute to project management, system rollouts, presentations, workshops, and training for sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
Professional:
o 12-15 years of experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, in roles such as Product Owner, System Engineer, System Analyst, Technology Lead, or Architect.
o Experience in IT products or solutions, with knowledge of service topics and customer interactions.
o Experience in MR Scanner and post processing workflow would be an added advantage.

Technical:
o Expertise in healthcare standards like DICOM and IHE.
o Strong understanding of clinical workflows, radiology, and healthcare IT.
o Experience in requirements engineering, usability engineering, and feature definition activities.
o Familiarity with legal regulations and standards for medical devices (e.g., FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485).
o Exposure to agile methodologies and software development cycles.
o Programming experience with a strong foundation in software development.

Leadership:
o Proven ability to manage international and intercultural teams.
o Experience balancing stakeholder expectations and managing product definitions.
o Prior experience in technical leadership roles and coaching.

Interpersonal:
o Experience conducting workshops with international partners and customers.
