Job Description
We are looking for Manager (O2C)- BI Architect
Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive BI and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into scalable BI architectures and solutions.
Architect and develop robust data models, dashboards, and reports using front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
Design and optimize the back-end infrastructure, including data warehousing and ETL processes, leveraging platforms like SQL, Azure, and Snowflake.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in data management, integration, and visualization are followed.
Evaluate and recommend new BI tools and technologies that can enhance the organization s analytical capabilities.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions, implementing best practices in data governance and quality control.
Lead the troubleshooting and optimization of BI systems, addressing performance issues and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the organizations BI architecture.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and business needs.
You d describe yourself as:
Approximately 10 years of experience in business intelligence, with a focus on BI architecture and analytical solutioning.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong expertise in front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, with a proven ability to design intuitive and effective data visualizations.
In-depth knowledge of back-end analytical platforms, including SQL, Azure, and Snowflake, with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
Proven experience as an architect for complex analytical solutions, with a strong understanding of how to integrate front-end and back-end technologies effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Experience with data governance, data security, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within BI solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills.
