We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our medium voltage switchgear digitalisation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects aimed at modernizing and digitizing our switchgear systems. This role requires a deep understanding of medium voltage switchgear, digital technologies, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage medium voltage switchgear digitalisation projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure proper integration of digital technologies, including sensors, IoT, and analytics platforms.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and manuals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in electrical and Electronics engineering, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in managing medium voltage switchgear R&D projects (Air insulated switchgear or Gas Insulated Switchgear or Circuit Breaker), preferably with a focus on digitalisation.
Hands-on experience with switchgear temperature monitoring, partial discharge monitoring, circuit breaker (CB) monitoring, and GIS gas pressure monitoring.
Strong knowledge of medium voltage switchgear systems and digital technologies, Sensors, IoT, and analytics platforms.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
