Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and sharp-minded fresh graduates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to join our team as Career Counselors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for voice-based processes and a keen interest in guiding students toward fulfilling their dream of studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad.
• Build rapport and actively listen to understand their academic background, preferences, and goals.
• Conduct initial assessments of students profiles to determine suitable study options.
• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, and admission processes.
• Offer personalized counseling to help students select the right study programs based on their profiles and aspirations.
• Address student queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions.
• Document interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Sharp IQ with the ability to understand and convey information effectively.
• A knack for engaging in voice-based processes and client interaction.
• Passionate about helping students achieve their study-abroad goals.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to work under targets.
