We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products focussed on Travel Transportation

Domain especially for Airlines and Airport. You will join a team of talented product managers who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product owners, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications, airline, logistics, Railways and Surface Transportation industry specific educational contents

Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing

Create and maintain the information architecture

Strong experience in writing and editing content.

Perform Great research, organizational, learning skills and present creative ideas

Create eye-catching and original content with accuracy in grammar, brevity syntax

Strong Knowledge of SEO and Should have good knowledge in SEO writing

Write and update the content for website

Write Ad copy for Google Ads

Conduct keyword research and Develop the content strategy which is aligned with short term and long term keyword targets

Write product descriptions, classifieds, customer reviews, and Quora Q/A

Write blogs for the website and SEO

Write posts for Social media, Develop social media content for brands and Facebook Ads.

Experience doing research using multiple sources

Excellent overall writing skills in many different styles/tones and impeccable spelling

Good command over English language writing, editing, and proofreading skills with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

A strong portfolio of big ideas well written

High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Key Skills - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Should be capable of writing professional creative web content, blogs, articles, and press release according to requirements/specifications.

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
