Process Engineering Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data from various production processes, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Design Support: Work with senior engineers to assist in designing and modifying mechanical systems, fixtures or components used in production processes.
• Project Execution Assistance: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of engineering projects, Assist in implementing and testing automation solutions to improve productivity in manufacturing operations.
• Quality Control: Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, process diagrams, work instructions, and risk assessments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering, Diploma in Tool & Die Making, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, PTC Creo) is a must.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
