Programming and testing automation software and hardware, using various languages and platforms, such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, etc.
Maintaining and troubleshooting existing electrical and automation systems, performing repairs, upgrades, and quality checks.
Developing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to support automation systems, using CAD software and other tools.
Researching and implementing new technologies and best practices to improve efficiency, performance, safety, and reliability of electrical and automation systems.
Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, specifications, and expectations.
Preparing technical reports and documentation for electrical and automation projects, following engineering standards and regulations.
Control Room design, load calculations and trouble shooting in E I system.
Project Execution at different sites and complying to client requirements.
BASIC SKILLS:
Good understanding on EI, IEC design codes, International Standards, design software s, hands on experience in preparing wiring drawings, panel drawings, control room layout. Basic awareness of PFDs, PID s, 3D Modelling.
