Sector Manager

A. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sector Sales Manager with reach into water/ EPC/ MEP consultants to drive business growth, specifically focusing on liquid storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships within the consultant sector. They should possess in-depth knowledge of tanks and fire industry products and services, along with established consultant reach within the market.

B. Key Result Areas:

• Getting our products listed with key sector consultants
• Reach to decision makers and influencers in identified segments.
• Create top to top relationships in identified prospects.
• Creating the value proposition for our products with consultants.
• CNA (customer need analysis)
• Building preference for our technology and getting the same incorporated in their RFQ.
• To deliver on the assigned Annual and Quarterly sales targets for the business.

C. Key Activities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector, with a focus on tank industry projects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate industrial markets and expand the company's footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of industrial clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key consultants and influencers within the tank industry.
• Leverage consultant networks to gain insights into upcoming industrial projects and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with consultants to promote our products and services and secure their endorsement for industrial projects.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the industrial sector.
• Develop pricing strategies and value propositions that resonate with private, government decision-makers and consultants.
• Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents for government projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical specifications, pricing information, and other requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all tendering regulations and deadlines while maximizing the company's chances of success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer retention.
