Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Post-graduate certification in project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Tank Installation Services with independent charge for Pan India and International Markets.
• Coordinate and manage dispatch scheduling with the manufacturing department, delivery planning with logistics team, and site facilitation for multiple ongoing site activities.
• Systems driven planning of projects and management of resources, including addition of skilled technicians, to meet medium and long-term workload demands.
• Provide feedback to the Sales Head on estimated costing, budget versus actuals, and optimise bidding costs.
• Present P&L reports during Managements Monthly Reviews, focusing on improving profitability relative to budgeted costs. The department will be monitored and reviewed as a profit centre.
• Develop strategic plans considering increased business volume and demand for skilled technicians and site supervisors.
• Enhance operational team skills in areas such as technical expertise, planning, resource management, communication, and customer management.
• Upgrade the profile of the team through training needs identification, improved documentation, and certification/licensing of skilled technicians.
• This role requires a mix of office work and field/site visits. The candidate must be willing to travel frequently to project sites and customer locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Post-graduate certification in project management is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in tank installation services, construction management or heavy equipment installation services.
• 5+ years of top leadership experience leading large teams and complex projects.
