Sr. executive - HR & Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Full & Final settlements, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable labor laws..
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records for staff and workers.
• Maintain and update records for contractors, including agreements, statutory compliance, and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of the security team to ensure workplace safety.
• Organize and conduct training sessions as per the annual training calendar.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace incident management, including accident reporting.
• Schedule and supervise annual medical check-ups for staff and workers.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs and other HR documentation.
• Conduct recruitment, on boarding, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate registers and records, including gate passes, OT cards, on-duty forms, and biometric attendance.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
• Ensure proper coordination with contractors, vendors, and external agencies for site operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in handling training, audits & Contractor management
