QA/QC Manager For Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis of concrete, aggregates, and other materials used in construction projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations for concrete mix designs.
  
• Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality management system (QMS).
  
• Provide technical guidance on QA/QC matters related to concrete technology.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control or a related field (concrete testing, etc.).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Standards (IS) codes and ASTM Codes for concrete products.
  
• Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment such as compressive strength apparatus, workability tests, etc.
