Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technology Team Lead with a strong background in Solutions Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, and full-stack development (Frontend & Backend). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a complex mobile app that combines elements of news delivery, social media, reporting & analytics, and e-commerce marketplace functionalities.

This is a leadership role that will require you to manage the DevOps, Engineering, Cloud, and QA teams, ensuring seamless execution across the entire product lifecycle. The app will feature an information management system, content delivery system, and data analysis tools, all integrated into a robust, scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of the app, which will include:
• Information Management System
• Content Delivery System
• Data Analysis and Visualization
• E-commerce Marketplace Integration
• Architect scalable backend services using Node.js and develop user-centric interfaces with Flutter.
• Design and oversee cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Ensure a smooth DevOps pipeline, optimizing CI/CD processes for efficient, automated deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, and QA teams.
• Work closely with data analysts to integrate analytics and reporting features into the app.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in security, scalability, and performance across the application.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.) within the team.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in developing and managing technology products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development and Flutter for frontend mobile app development.
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect and Infrastructure Architect, with expertise in designing scalable cloud-native systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading and managing engineering teams, including QA, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, content delivery, and building reporting dashboards.
• Experience in developing apps with news delivery, social media, e-commerce, and analytics features is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security, performance optimization, and modern application monitoring techniques.
