Job Description
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
- Drive the design and implementation of software applications and systems.
- Ensure the timely delivery of technical solutions to meet business goals.

- Implement logging and monitoring for system health and troubleshooting.

- 15+ years in software development.
- 3+ years in team leadership and people management.
- 7+ years of Java experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle/RDS databases, DevOps tooling, and software testing (unit, integration, E2E).
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with AWS services (CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience in observability tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic).
- Experience with large-scale websites or e-commerce platforms.
- Travel industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Effective in multitasking and time management.
- Proactive, results-driven, with an eye for continuous improvement
