Job Description
- Extensive experience in creating and publishing custom HL7 FHIR Implementation Guides (IG) and profiles.
- In-depth understanding of USCDI standards and US Core IG, with practical applications. Familiarity with USCDI+ and QI Core IG is a plus.
- Proven experience in setting up, evaluating, and benchmarking HL7 FHIR servers for optimal performance, including the use of synthetic data for testing.
- Skilled in HL7 FHIR Fa ade architecture, managing authorization servers, and API Gateway technologies. Strong proficiency in integration architecture focusing on HL7 FHIR API interoperability, including API management, service mesh, and developer portals.
- Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and EHR standards.
- Experience in designing and monitoring performance and quality reports for FHIR products.
- Experience with HL7 v2. x and other healthcare data standards.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare integration solutions using Mirth Connect.
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing HL7 interfaces and FHIR-based integrations, as well as developing custom JavaScript code for complex transformations and business logic.
- Overall 10+ years of experience in healthcare domain and integration implementation with large health systems.
- Create and publish custom HL7 FHIR Implementation Guides and profiles.
- Apply USCDI standards and US Core IG in practical scenarios.
- Set up, evaluate, and benchmark HL7 FHIR servers for optimal performance.
- Manage HL7 FHIR Fa ade architecture and oversee authorization servers and API Gateway technologies.
