Sr Product Manager

Education: BSc or B Pharm with an MBA (preferably).

Experience: Experience in marketing antibiotics (Injectables & Orals), Gastrointestinal products (e.g., digestive enzymes), or Haematinics (Oral & Injectable iron). Candidates with multispecialty coverage will be preferred.

Minimum Experience: 4-10 years in a Product Department.

Current Role: Candidate should currently be working as a Product Manager in Pharma Formulations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Develop marketing strategies and tactics for product promotion. Create promotional materials such as visual aids and literature. Willingness to travel across India for fieldwork and conduct cycle meetings. Strong communication skills. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
