Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Direct Sales Executive with experience in selling high-value products and a passion for building strong customer relationships. While prior experience in real estate is preferred, candidates with a background in direct sales of high-value products such as insurance, mutual funds, time share, luxury goods, or similar sectors are encouraged to apply. The role involves managing both company-provided leads and generating new prospects to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Engage with company-provided leads and proactively develop new prospects through networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions, highlighting unique benefits and value.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations of real estate offerings, focusing on features, benefits, and financial value.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience from inquiry through to post-sale.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and targets, providing accurate weekly and monthly insights.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Closure & Compliance: Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in direct sales of high-value products, ideally in real estate, insurance, mutual funds, time share, or luxury goods.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills; proactive approach to lead generation; target-driven with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the resilience to succeed in a high-energy sales environment.
