Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage construction project costs, resources, and schedules through project-wide cost estimation. Package-specific network planning, proactive coordination, reporting exceptions, and highlighting key erection activities. Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera/MS Projects for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases. Understand project scope, contractual milestones, and deliverables to define project parameters. Establish and review a progress measurement system, generating progress curves for all project phases, and conduct monthly progress review meetings with major package vendors
2. Preparation, reporting and presentation of feasibility estimates, cost plans, cost models, contractor procurement, tenders, value engineering, fee generation, post contract cost reporting, change control, final account etc.
3. Estimation of overall scope of quantities to be executed in project, Reconciliation of major materials, Change of Scope and Variation reporting, prepare and review Bar Bending Schedule of Structures
4. Evaluating Contract Agreement documents, drawing, specs & schedule, Provide Planning, Scheduling and Cost Analysis for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress,
5. DPR monitoring including Financial and physical progress of project
6. Drawing Tracking, maintaining drawings and register
7. Review Client Billing & Subcontractor billing
8. Working knowledge of SAP (Work order, PR, RFI, DPR, Reservation, Reconciliation of Material, Material Consumption booking, MSP, PRIMAVERA)
