Jr & Senior Architect

*1. Pre-Feasibility:*

- Conduct F.S.I. calculations to evaluate plot feasibility based on design, location, zoning regulations, and other criteria.

*2. Design:*

- Develop basic building sketches and conceptual designs based on inputs from directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

*3. Co-ordination (External):*

- Collaborate with third-party architects and design consultants to align basic designs with company inputs and project objectives.

*4. Co-ordination (Project Kick-off):*

- Identify and onboard consultants required for the proposed project based on designs provided by third-party architects and consultants.

- Facilitate communication and coordination with new consultants for the finalization of working drawings to aid project estimation.

- Assist internal teams with project launches and related tasks.

*5. Co-ordination (Execution):*

- Support the engineering team during the execution and delivery phases of the project.

- Provide assistance to internal teams in resolving customer-related issues and queries.

*Key Skills:*

- Real-estate Experience is must

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

- Strong understanding of zoning laws, FSI calculations, and building codes.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

*Educational Qualification:*

- Specify Degree, e.g., Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
