Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, GST, and other financial regulations.
3. Audit and Reporting: Conduct internal audits, analyze financial statements, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
5. Advisory Role: Provide strategic advice on financial matters, leveraging extensive experience in MNC environments.
6. Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor the finance team to enhance their professional skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Retired Chartered Accountant with a proven track record in senior financial roles in similar industry.
• Must be a local resident of Raipur, Durg, Bhilai.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in financial tools and ERP systems.
