Food Laboratory and Quality Control Executive

As a Quality Control Executive your role is to ensuring the quality and safety of our product. You will be responsible for conductiong lab analysis of peanuts using ELISA method, conducting inspections, and maintaining product standards and records.

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and guidelines for all stages of production, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.

2. Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including non-conformities, and provide reports to the management team for analysis.

4. Testing: Perform laboratory tests and analysis of samples to assess product quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.

5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

6. Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements and maintain a positive relationship with them.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.

8. Training: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to maintain consistent product quality.

Qualifications:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Microbiology or related field of study.
Key Skills:Perform laboratory tests of peanuts for Eflatoxin using ELISA. Full Training provided if you dont have experince or skill required but are eager to learn

Candidated currently based in and around Rajkot will be preferred.

Will have to work from our Factory which is Located at Kuchiyadad, near Kuvadva GIDC on the outskirts of Rajkot.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in quality control or assurance within the agricultural or food industry.

- Knowledge of quality control standards, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact product quality.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools and laboratory equipment.
