Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  
• Manage daily operations at the factory, including quality control and process optimization.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of manufacturing processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Production Management or related field (Paint Industry).
  
• Excellent technical operations skills with ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
  
• Strong understanding of Colour Matching, Factory Operations, Manufacturing Management, Manufacturing Processes, Paint Industry knowledge required.
