Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

* Experience/ Exposure in procurement/ Repairs & Maintenance/ Disposal of
Earth Moving Equipment's- Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Bulldozers, Loading Shovels,
JCBs Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers ) Material Handling
Equipment's Cranes.

• Should be able to make material list and calculate weight
• To ensure compliance of all statutory obligations
• Maintain good work relationship with service providing companies
• Must be cost conscious and able to ensure running cost of equipments is at justifiable cost
• Create detailed design documentation for machine monitoring, protection, and conditioning management systems
• To ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Reporting injuries and other accidents to the line manager.
• Advising the line manager of requisite upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Providing suggestions to refine workflow and boost efficiency.
• Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
• Ability to work extended hours, as required.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Calibrate the machine as and when required
• Keep an updated database on all of the machines information, defective units and final products.
• Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites
• Ability to read and understand drawings for electrical controls and mechanical parts.
• To carry out preventive, breakdown, predictive and corrective maintenance / Utilities activities as per schedule.
• In depth plant & machine knowledge and hand on experience.
• Develop and maintain the following equipment documentation; description, spare parts, equipment lists, histories, manuals, flow sheet; documentation, drawings, etc. This is done to ensure the continued reliability of the plant.

Skills Required

• BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineer, B.Tech in mechanical,
• 5-10 yr experience in construction Industry
• Capable for Site visit for machinery review.
• Team handling experience
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Fluent in English, Hindi language
