Job Description

Looking for Machine operators who take care of all machine-specific functions such as setting parameters of the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks. They should be a self-starter and should be willing to undergo training, if required.

Responsibilities and duties:

ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines
conducting periodic checks on output efficiency / quality.
Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties as required.
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available with proper co-ordination with planning.
Effectively monitor production equipment to maximize utilization.
carrying out routine maintenance and fixing machines that have broken down in shift.
Assist the shop technicians and materials supervisor as necessary.
Maintain a safe and clean work space.
Follow established safety rules, food safety norms and regulations.

Skills: Problem solving technique. Decision making skill. Able to act quickly when a problem arises. Able to follow instructions and production schedules. knowledge of machines of rice mill plant and its operation. Committed to quality, safety (HSE & Food safety norms) and communication. Team-oriented and self-directed. Prepare shift reports and submit data as instructed.

ITI fitter / Graduate with any degree.
Prior experience of 4-5 years total experience for Sr. machine operator & 2-3 years total experience for Assistant machine operator.
