HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, implement strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures to align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage company's the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Utilize HR tools and applications (e.g., CVsPocket HRMS) for process automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
