Accounts Executive

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented accounts executive to join our finance team. The accounts executive will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures, and supporting the financial operations of the company.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• With internal departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

• Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff.

• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as an accounts executive or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
