Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to meet their targets.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key stakeholders and developing proposals to secure new business.

4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are retained as long-term clients.

5. Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team, including setting targets, tracking progress, and providing feedback and coaching.

6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address these.

7. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 2 + years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

2. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Loan Against Property (LAP) market, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Graduate Degree: Any Graduation
