- Preparation, Finalization & Reconciliation, E-Filing of periodical returns of GST and compliance of GST Audit
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly MIS using office automation tools like MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Financial projections and budgets including preparation of projected balance sheet, cash flow statements and profit and loss account.
- Projection of working capital and computation of working capital requirement.
- Processing of loan application with banks & financial institution.
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements and analysis & review of accounts & internal control system to ensure compliance with the law & regulations.
- Finalization of accounts including preparation of balance sheet, audit report, director report.
- E-Filing of annual returns, various forms and documents with ROC.
- Preparation & Finalization of income tax returns & tax audit reports.
- Routine compliance: TDS matters, certificates and quarterly returns
