Position: Senior Manager, Growth.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Reports to: VP, Head of Growth.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Growth to lead our initiatives in enhancing conversion, retention , customer acquisition and overall business expansion from existing and new accounts.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in growth marketing, account management, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
- This role requires a blend of creativity, people skills and analytical prowess to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
- The success in the role is linked to the candidate willing to go the extra mile to identify merchant and customer pain points/opportunity areas and transform them into actionable insights.
- This individual will also be leading the execution of the plan derived from these insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase market share and drive volume.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative channels for merchant and customer acquisition.
- Execute the aligned AOP via the highest levels of execution excellence and innovation.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform growth strategies.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunity areas/insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales(Offline sales as well as Inside Sales), and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, merchant experience and drive retention.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare regular reports on growth performance and present insights to executive leadership.
- Forecast future growth trends based on current performance and market analysis.
Qualifications:
Education: Tier 1 Institute B.Tech AND/OR Tier 1/ 2 Institute MBA/PGDM.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and retention.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.=
