Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in scheduling interviews
Manage interview follow-ups and candidate communications
Support in day-to-day HR operations
Engage with stakeholders , understand their requirements, and draft detailed Job Descriptions (JDs)
Support in organizing recruitment drives and other HR initiatives
