Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team in Bangalore !
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in scheduling interviews
- Manage interview follow-ups and candidate communications
- Support in day-to-day HR operations
- Engage with stakeholders , understand their requirements, and draft detailed Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Support in organizing recruitment drives and other HR initiatives
What You ll Learn:
- People Skills : Improve your ability to engage and communicate with diverse individuals
- Recruitment Skills : Gain hands-on experience in hiring processes and interview coordination
- Presentation Skills : Enhance your ability to communicate effectively within teams
- Technical Skills : Master tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Forms, etc.
Tenure : 6 to 12 Months
