As an employee,

Job Description :

Creativity: -

Inspire and lead a team of designers, nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement a visionary design strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand identity.

Ensure high-quality execution across all design projects, maintaining consistency and adhering to best practices.

Provide clear and effective creative direction and feedback, guiding the team in creating innovative and impactful design solutions.

Design: -

Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of web, interactive, presentation, and motion design.

Excellent design skills, including typography, color, and art.

Ability to translate designs across various media.

Maintains brand strategies and elevates creative output.

Branding Knowledge: -

Designs materials true to brand identity and style guidelines.

Retains and develops brand knowledge (colors, logos, artwork, style).

Leadership Communication: -

Excellent supervisory, management, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Encourages professional development of staff and maximizes team potential.

Job Requirements: -

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs.

Proficient in Figma.

Comprehensive knowledge of the design process (concepting, presenting ideas, reviews, production, delivering final .

Experience with production work under tight deadlines.

Advanced knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Experience delivering design assets to developers.

Background requirements: -

English proficiency, B2+level

Degree in graphic design, interactive design, advertising, or a related field.

7+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
