We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in LinkedIn management to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs and ensuring a consistent and impactful presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage LinkedIn content and campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and engaging visuals for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, infographics, website graphics, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual content strategies that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Maintain and update the company’s design assets and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual materials.
• Produce high-quality visuals for product launches, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Stay updated with current design trends, ensuring the company's visual content remains fresh, modern, and engaging.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms (social media, print, digital ads, etc.) and formats (desktop, mobile, etc.).
• Manage and curate the company’s LinkedIn page, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest company news, job postings, product updates, and relevant content.
• Develop and implement LinkedIn content strategies to increase engagement, build the brand’s online presence, and foster relationships with industry influencers.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, ensuring a mix of content types (articles, videos, graphics, polls, etc.) that resonate with the target audience.
• Analyze LinkedIn analytics and provide insights to optimize content performance and improve engagement rates.
• Monitor LinkedIn activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to maintain a positive company image.
• Collaborate with other team members to create content that aligns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or businesses with a track record of engagement growth.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, content creation, and platform-specific strategies.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices, particularly for LinkedIn.
