Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead Devdoots marketing campaigns and amplify our brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various platforms while positioning Devdoot as a trusted emergency medical service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote app downloads, increase service awareness, and build brand loyalty.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels that resonates with our audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee Devdoot's social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, engagement with followers, and monitoring of performance metrics.
• Brand Messaging: Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders to expand Devdoot's reach.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement, and marketing ROI to refine strategies.
• Public Relations: Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and work on initiatives to build Devdoot's public profile.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare or tech startups.

Skills:
