Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Design and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reduction.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

• Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

Inventory Management:

• Establish inventory control systems to balance supply and demand effectively.
• Minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts or excess inventory.

Logistics and Distribution:

• Optimize transportation networks for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Oversee warehousing operations to ensure smooth distribution processes

Performance and Analytics:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Risk Management:

• Assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure business continuity through proactive contingency planning.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure supply chain processes adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to align with environmental goals.

Team Leadership:
