Senior Operations Manager

• Leading and managing teams to achieve operational goals.
  
• Demonstrating dedication and commitment to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Coordinating with different departments & head office for seamless operations.
  
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for support operations
  
• Establish and maintain quality standards for support operations.
  
• Should have exposure to Stock operations
  
• Execute and reconcile stock trades in collaboration with the trading team.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in the stock broking industry
  
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial sector.
  
• Strong skills in team handling and leadership.
