Job Title : RFM (REGIONAL FRANCHISEE MANAGER)

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Acquisition of New Business Partner for Share khan Limited
• Handholding & Training of new Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary RESPONSIBILITY:

• Identifying prospects by leads ( provided by share khan & cold calling
• Converting prospects in Franchisee (out station visit also required)
• To insure Presence of Share khan in all major districts of Bihar
• Share khan Software training to acquired franchises .
• Training BP & their employee for client acquisition/app demo etc.
• Signage, Mandatory poster, logger, etc. installation at BP outlet

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

• Inauguration of BP with his clients
• Monthly Report & Daily MIS
• Partners & their staff training on Investments ,Trading, Trade Tiger. etc.
• Liaoning with other departments to quickly resolve client/BP queries.
