About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our poultry business operations and build develop a high-performing sales team at the state level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in poultry sales and team management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve state-level revenue targets for poultry products

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies

Team Building & Management

Train, and develop a high-performing sales team across the state

- Set individual and team performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews

- Create and maintain a positive, goal-oriented sales culture

Business Development

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the poultry industry

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

- Develop territory-wise business plans and expansion strategies

- Identify and penetrate new market segments
