Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Executive to manage and coordinate vehicle movement, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with traffic regulations, and optimal use of resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle logistics operations efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Arrangements:
   
• Work with fleet owners, brokers, and vehicle suppliers to arrange SXL, XXL trucks, and 40FT trailers.
• Place bulk orders for vehicles as per company requirements.
2. Market Knowledge:
   
• Stay updated on transport market trends and freight rate changes.
• Understand market fluctuations and plan accordingly.
3. Vendor Management:
   
• Build good relationships with transport vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate rates to get the best prices for the company.
4. Transport Coordination:
   
• Ensure timely placement of vehicles for goods transportation.
• Handle any issues related to vehicle delays or availability.
5. Problem Solving:
   
• Quickly address and fix problems like vehicle shortages or breakdowns.
• Create backup plans for emergencies.
6. Record Keeping:
   Maintain accurate records of vehicle bookings, freight costs, and trip details.
• Ensure all transport work follows company rules..

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and transportation laws.
• Proficiency in using GPS and other navigation tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Role & responsibilities
