Job Description: Tele caller
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Tele callers to manage customer relations, gather
feedback, and support the sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls,
maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the
sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and provide necessary information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
2. Customer Feedback & Engagement:
- Collect customer feedback on products/services and document insights.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback.
3. Sales Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales team to share leads and follow up on prospects.
- Update the sales team about customer queries and support in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales follow-ups.
4. Data Entry & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with customer details and call records.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in improving calling scripts and communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, but experience in customer service or tele sales is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication in [Language Preferences: Hindi/English/Gujarati].
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM software.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in tele calling, sales support, or customer service.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales coordination processes.
