Business Development Associate

Easy Settlement, part of Demand Defence LLP, specializes in loan settlement and debt resolution services. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to identify and onboard clients, manage leads, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to meet sales targets. Role & Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential clients through leads, referrals, and market research.
2. Communicate the company's debt resolution and loan settlement services effectively to clients.
3. Follow up with leads to convert them into clients and maintain long-term relationships.
4. Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports on client acquisition and sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 0-6 months in sales, business development, or client relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve issues professionally.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or loan settlement processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
