Position Overview

We are seeking to hire a talented tele sales representative who will help us boost our sales by reaching out to potential and existing clients. As a telecalls representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers for closing the deals and resolving the queries of the current customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to comprehend complex information in simple language to pursue the candidates. Prior experience in managing customer relations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Grievance handling

Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them

Customer engagement

Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offer.

Record and maintain data

Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

Lead Generation

Generate leads to develop business from different sources. And also following up with the leads

Maintain a positive relationship

Maintain a positive relationship with the customers as well as the co-workers

After sales service

Following up with the customer after sales

Maintain business relation

Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
