Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced composite products, from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee material selection, structural analysis, and manufacturing process optimization (e.g., autoclave molding, resin infusion, RTM).
• Extensive knowledge of resin systems (Phenolic, Epoxy, etc.), adhesives, fibers, prepreg materials, and their applications.
• Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing processes.
• Oversee testing and validation of composite products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop innovative solutions leveraging structural analysis, material behavior, and manufacturing techniques.
• Drive R&D efforts in composite materials, technologies, and applications.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in composite materials, including carbon fiber, glass fiber, and hybrid materials.
• Knowledge of CAD, FEA, and simulation tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Experience with manufacturing processes like autoclave curing, vacuum bagging, RTM, and prepreg layup.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
