Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Take ownership of the initial stages of the sales development cycle: new business research needs assessment and initial introduction and online product demonstrations
• Actively build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Understanding customer needs and requirements of the customer's Position Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and emails
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Client Retention
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or 1yr experience in shipping aggregation industry as a sales representative
