Role Overview:
- As a Team Lead - Business Development at ShineDezign, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Mobile and Web Development services.
- You will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads, handling client communications, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Upwork and other freelance platforms, particularly in the tech industry, and be capable of handling end-to-end business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation for Mobile & Web Development Projects:
- Identify and generate qualified leads for mobile app and web development projects through platforms like Upwork.
- Research potential clients across various industries, understanding their needs, and aligning ShineDezignn's services to those needs.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to attract high-value clients, particularly in the mobile and web development sectors.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, nurturing prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups.
Client Handling & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication from lead generation to project completion.
- Understand client needs thoroughly, provide tailored solutions, and manage expectations throughout the engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the project and development teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful project execution.
- Sales Conversions & Negotiations:
- Convert leads into paying clients by presenting compelling proposals and project plans.
- Lead negotiations on project scope, pricing, terms, and timelines, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial contracts.
- Develop winning proposals that align with client goals and showcase ShineDezignn's capabilities.
- Close deals and onboard new clients effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction from the outset.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in the mobile and web development sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and areas for growth.
- Provide insights into market demands, client preferences, and technological advancements to refine business strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on business development KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback.
- Regularly update senior management on sales progress, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and client interactions effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth workflow.
