Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS domain.
- Build a strong professional network to uncover new opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on SaaS-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B setting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, their lifecycle, and customer needs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Basic understanding of AI and its applications in business is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead initiatives.
