Role Summary:
- The Business Development Manager will will focus on lead generation, partner servicing, retention, and engagement while optimizing tool costs and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
- The role involves continuous improvement initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and onboard potential partners to expand the business network.
- Partner Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving queries efficiently.
- Partner Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Partner Engagement: Organize initiatives and programs to strengthen partner relationships and boost their satisfaction.
- Tool Cost Control: Monitor and manage the cost of tools and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance partner servicing and operations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Masters will be a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation and partner retention.
- Experience in cost control and process improvement is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
