Shine Dezign - UI/UX Designer - Prototyping Tools (5-6 yrs)

Role : UIUX Graphic Designer

Exp : 5+ years.

Job Description :

- 5+ years of user design or equivalent practical experience at a consumer-focused software company

- Dedication to exceptional user experiences with obsessive attention to detail

- Experience with prototyping with UX design tools required

- Ability to apply design principles across web, mobile and native platforms

- Experience with building a team of UI/UX designers and leading them through complex projects a plus

- CSS, HTML, and Java Script not required, but would be a plus

- 4+ years of proven UI/UX design and interactive work experience

- High proficiency in popular design and prototyping tools such as : Proficient in using Photoshop, Figma, AI, Sketch, After Effect etc.

- Excellent project management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are a must

- Must be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems

- Strong desire to solve challenging problems, learn new things and wear many hats as part of an early stage company

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Establish and maintain design systems and best practices within the team.

- Drive the design vision and strategy for the company's products.

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.

- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.

- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that are consistent across platforms.

- Develop and maintain style guides and design systems.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.

- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.

- Ensure that design projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design decisions align with business goals.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually compelling marketing materials.

- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
