Job Description
We are looking for enterprising professionals and have vacancies for the following posts:
- PGT facilitators for History, Political Science, Home Science, and Theatre
- TGT facilitator for Science
- A Special Educator
Requirements:
- For Senior School, candidates are required to have a postgraduate degree in their respective subject areas. Candidates are required to have a B.Ed degree with 4-5 years of teaching experience at the relevant grade level.
- Candidates who have experience with ICSE and ISC curriculum will be preferred.
- We are looking for compassionate and versatile facilitators who can work with the children to create or enhance curiosity towards their subject. At Shikshantar, our facilitators should be able to create a joyful, safe, and non-judgmental environment in which children feel free to express themselves.
- They should be able to encourage children to critically engage with and question the world around them and connect these to their own experiences and observations.
