Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Valid certification in Industrial Safety and Risk Management
- Leadership or Management certification is preferred
- 8-13 years of experience in the Copper industry
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and team performance
- Lead and manage the shift operations to ensure production targets are met within the defined quality and safety parameters
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of staff to optimize productivity and minimize overtime
- Monitor and analyze production and quality reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team to enhance their capabilities
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely product delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
